Canadian Agriculture Investments

Pelto Agri Investments invests in agriculture land in Canada, focusing primarily on the provinces of Saskatchewan and Ontario. Pelto's core business is investing in strong sustainable practices, yielding high quality crops with the potential of long term production.

In their Fall 2011 Report, Farm Credit Canada issued that "the average value of Canadian farmland increased 7.4% during the first six months of 2011" and have continuously seen farmland values steadily increase in the last ten years. Pelto's current focal points, Saskatchewan and Ontario, have seen the highest average increases in Canadian farmland with values of 11.6% and 6.6% respectively.* Pelto is continuously looking for new opportunities outside its core area.
